As the fall 2025 semester comes to an end at Western Illinois University, what better way to memorialize than to implement everything you’ve learned so far? The Department of Theatre and Dance will showcase this with its “Showcase ‘25,” from Thursday, December 4, to Saturday, December 6, featuring three 7:30 p.m. performances at Simpkins Theatre.
Honing their crafts before entering the real world of theatre, dance and music, the graduating class will showcase all the techniques they’ve discovered, com-pleting a full circle of their meteoric rise from when they first arrived at WIU to now, weeks before putting on their caps and gowns later this month. With Lysa Fox, Donald Laney, Lisa Wipperling and Aaron Ames, this is a must-see event, especially before these students take center stage on bigger stages.
