The McDonough County Community Foundation (MCCF) has received a capacity building grant from the Tracy Family Foundation and is working with Stephanie Cooper of Cooper Consulting Services to fulfill the grant. MCCF and Cooper will be completing a strategic planning process to help the Foundation Board grow the Foundation and to enhance the quality of life for the residents of McDonough County through philanthropic giving.
“This is a very important step for us to move the Foundation forward. Almost three years ago we reinvented the Foundation and now is a good time to have a well thought out plan for our future. To do that, we are asking the community to fill out the strategic planning survey by December 1st,” Scott Coker, MCCF Board Chair.
