Macomb High graduate Kylie Robinson, now a member of the Lincoln Land Community College women’s basketball team, was named National Junior College Athletic Association Region 24 Player of the Week for her efforts.
In the Nov. 8 contest against No. 12 ranked Rock Valley, Robinson scored 32 points and added seven assists as the No. 14 Loggers rolled to a 86-69 win, improving to 3-0 on the season.
Robinson finished 11-of-16 from the floor, including 5-of-8 from three-point range.
She also made five of her six free throw attempts. In her three games thus far for Lincoln Land, Robinson is averaging 18 points, 6.3 assists, 3.0 steals and 3.0 rebounds per game for the Loggers.
