More than 68 cars came through the line stretching across the parking lot of RP Lumber and spilling onto East Jackson Street. 30 dogs of dog food, 25 bags of cat food, 40 cans of cat food and 46 containers of kitty litter were distributed Saturday during Epitome's dog/cat food drivethrough for those who are SNAP recipients with pets.
Boy Scout Troop 315 donated their time and muscles to transport the smashed pumpkins to the recycle dumpster after the Macomb Park District Pumpkin Smash event held Saturday.
