Good Hope Train Depot
The railroad was an important part of Good Hope. This 1909 photo show the rail service coming into town and the primary source for delivery of goods to and from the community. It served as transportation as well and connected rural America to the rest of the country. The Toledo, Peoria & Western Railroad depot was located on the south side of the tracks south of the town park on West Railroad Street.
