The Spoon River College Office of Community Outreach is excited to offer a course called Cooking and Baking with Cannabis on Friday, November 14 from 5:30-7:30pm.
If you know the basics of infusing various ingredients with cannabis, you can look at almost any recipe and know how to add cannabis to it. This class is suitable for Medical and Recreational users as well as family/friends who want to know more. This course will specifically look into the topics of decarboxylation / activation of cannabis, home extraction techniques, and cooking and baking with cannabis!
The class will take place at the SRC Macomb Community Outreach Center located at 2500 E. Jackson Street in Macomb. There is a $25 course fee to attend and pre-registration is required.
