On Friday, MMS held its first Incentive for the One Million Word Challenge - an Ice Cream Sundae party. The Challenge was extended - to read 250,000 in the 1st Quarter - there were 26 students reach that goal!
On the whole, for the 1st Quarter, there were 359 books approved, 105 readers participating for a total of 24,473,652 words and that number is growing.
5 students reached the One Million Word Count in the 1st Quarter with some impressive word counts.
