Patsy Moore, 81, of Macomb, Illinois, passed away at 11:49 a.m. Sunday, October 12, 2025 at Wesley Village in Macomb.
Patsy was born October 27, 1943 in Carman, Illinois, the daughter of Doren K. and Dora (McIntire) Hulet. Earlier in life, she married Leon Haines. He preceded her in death in 1997. On June 17, 2005 she married Everett Moore in Macomb. He preceded her in death on September 21, 2010.
Mrs. Moore was a 1961 graduate of Media High School, Media, Illinois, and attended Western Illinois University in Macomb. She worked several jobs throughout her life, including K-Mart, Italian Village, McDonough District Hospital and Methode; where she retired from. Patsy enjoyed flowers and gardening.
Survivors include one daughter: Kristine Gronewold; seven grandchildren: Brandon James of Macomb, Schyler (George) Lara of Macomb, Lance Haines of Macomb, Levi (Michelle) Haines of Corpus Christi, Texas, Laci (Clay) Herron of Carthage, Landon Gronewold of Carthage and Briana Haines of New Mexico; nine great-grandchildren; six siblings: Doren (Rosemary) Hulet of Ankeny, Iowa, Bonnie (James) Taylor of Blandinsville, Illinois, Richard (Joan) Hulet of North Port, Florida, Peggy (Daniel) Clark of Kirksville, Missouri, P. Allen (Martha) Hulet of Kirksville and Michael Hulet of Wapello, Iowa and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husbands and one son: Lonnie Haines.
The funeral service for Patsy will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 17, 2025 at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in LaHarpe, with Pastor Nate McCarter officiating. Burial will follow in LaHarpe Cemetery.
