I really appreciate the spicy chicken at our MMS for lunch. It is one of my favorites. I enjoy eating it with ranch. I also like recess. Recess is fun because I get to hang out with my friends and chase each other around. Overall, I like middle school! - Zachariah T.
Our Macomb Middle School is good. At the MMS we engage in fun activities such as dances and science experiments. So far we have had the ATTEN-dance which was a fun get-together for kids who have not had to or more tardies of absences.
At the ATTEN-dance we had treats, drinks, and lots of fun. We are having an egg related science experiment to see what happens if you drop an egg into a cup of different liquids. We also have the Halloween dance coming up and I hope that it will be lots of fun. Our school offers many opportunities to learn and have fun.
You just have to be good and make the right choices.

Lunch has been great at the MMS. The other day we had spicy tacos. At lunch we usually have up to 7 options on the lunch menu! Usually, I have nachos or tacos. Here is the thing, we have enough food for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. That is pretty cool. Oliver M.
In my German class we learn not just how to speak and understand the language, but we learn about the German culture. We learn about what is going on in Germany and its surrounding countries.
The most recent things we learned is how to say the days of the week in German: Monta, Dienstag, Mittwoch, Donnerstag, Freitag. Also, we learned how to count to 12 in German. German class is awesome. - Addie S.
This week at the MMS we started rehearsing for our play, Rogues' Gallery, because we are one month out from the showing. I’m super excited because this is my first time being a part of a play. We (stage crew) are working on a giant control panel for the actors and actresses. I’m super ready for this! - Adalynn H.
This week I went to the MMS football game and really enjoyed it. I enjoyed it because I gto to see my friends and watch the football game. The Bombers won the football game by a few touchdowns and celebrated after the game. I had a lot of fun at the game and I think more people should go. - Jaxon W.
On Tuesday in October, we got to see the MMS Football team play. It started out with a touchdown by Macomb Bombers. Then the other team got to fourth down and punted to the Bombers. Then one player returned it and got the 70-yard line. He gave it to the ref and the ref gave it to our QB and he said hike. Touchdown just a few seconds later for the Bombers. Then a Bomber player gave it to the kicker, and we punted to the other team and Logan tackled him before he got to the 50-yard line. After that I went to play football myself, so I didn’t really got to see anymore of the game. - Gibson D.
