With members of the team in Normal for a band competition, the remainder of the Macomb High girls swim team, all four of them, headed to East Moline Saturday to take part in the 31st annual Panther Invitational.

50 freestyle - Cousins, 20th, 37.96 and Waldrop, 23rd, 45.52.

Macomb finished with six points, finishing 12th out of 12 teams.
Galesburg claimed the team title with 225 points.
The Bombers were scheduled to head to Keokuk, Iowa on Thursday for meet action with the host Chiefs and Centerville, Iowa.
