Antiques & Collectibles Club Meeting
The October meeting of the Antiques & Collectibles Club of West Central Illinois will feature a panel discussion on “How to Disperse Your Heirlooms, Collections, and Genealogy Records.”
Many family members express concerns, stating, “My children do not want family items when we are gone.” This sentiment can be unsettling, as these items represent our family history and name, holding both monetary and emotional value. So, what are your options? How can you effectively manage this process?
Our panel consists of three members from the Antique/Collectibles Club: Janice Gates, Marla Vizdal, and Brenda Sayre. Each brings a unique perspective on what to do with heirlooms, collections, and genealogy records.
The panel members will share basic information and engage with the audience to explore the “what and how” of dispersing these items. We hope you will join us for this informative event.
