The Macomb High girls swim team recorded a
117-33 dual meet victory over host Keokuk, Iowa Monday.
Results for the Bombers included the following:
200 yard medley relay MHS (Catlyn Cousins, Jazmyn Nateras, Ridley Lewis and Leah Waldrop), first, two minutes, 24.89 seconds and MHS (Hannah Zhang, Kallie Merrill, Lucy Bushanan and Lily Goc), second, 2:31.69.
200 freestyle - Rylee Mackey, second, 3:14.66.

On Sept. 27, the Bombers finished second out of seven teams at the Burlington Invitational.
Host Burlington, Iowa topped the field with 415 points.
MHS was second with
251 points, followed by Muscatine, Iowa (202), Ottumwa, Iowa (195), Clinton, Iowa (141), West Central (40) and Keokuk, Iowa (22).
In JV competition, Macomb finished fourth out of four teams with 40 points.
Muscatine led the way with 174 points, followed by Burlington (100), Clinton
(99) and MHS.

The Bombers return to the pool Saturday to take part in the Panther Sprint Classic at East Moline.
On Oct. 7 the team will head to Stanford for a meet with the Olympia coop and the PORTA coop.
