Terry Newell has chosen The Legacy Theater in Carthage to present the Sue Newell Scholarship Showcase on Saturday, Oct. 11, at 7 p.m.
Newell has lined up another great cast of performers for the second annual scholarship showcase.
Artists include Brad Culpepper with a selection of operatic and show music. Bill Maakestad is a storyteller/ singer who will feature the music of Johnny Cash.
Tenor Danny Lasswell has sung in many places, including The Legacy Theater in a past production of 'A Christmas Wish.'
Kirk Brandenberger, a gifted fiddle player, has won many awards including Iowa and Kentucky state championships.
