Carol Norris, 81 of Manito, Illinois, passed away at 4:27 AM September 16, 2025 at the Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria, Illinois.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 PM Friday September 19, 2025 at the Industry Cemetery. Pastor Jim Eddy will officiate. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to the Richard L. Owens Hospice Home. Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral home is in charge of the arrangements.
