Starting this week, McDonough District Hospital is offering a new convenient way to pay your medical bills online. The new payment platform allows patients to opt in and receive bill notifications via text messages or email.
By clicking on your personalized link in the text message or email, you can make a payment, have up-to-date balance information on your account in real time and can set up a payment plan.
If you receive a paper statement via mail, that will have a new look as well. Patients can always mail in a payment or stop by the Patient Financial Services office near the main entrance of the Hospital to make a payment or discuss a bill.
