The Macomb High boys soccer squad went winless in tournament action at Hannibal, Mo. before earning a home win in recent competition.
The Bombers opened play at the Pirate Shootout on Sept. 12, dropping an 8-0 decision to Rolla, Mo.
The following day, MHS was defeated by Lutheran St. Charles 8-0 before forfeiting their scheduled match against host Hannibal.
On Tuesday, the Bombers returned to the home pitch, notching a 3-1 victory over visiting Kewanee High.
MHS led 2-0 at halftime. On Wednesday, Macomb returned to action, hosting Monmouth-Roseville with the Titans notching a 3-1 victory.
MHS is now 2-10 on the season. The Bombers return to action Monday, playing at Beardstown (6-2-2). The team will then head to Abingdon Tuesday to face Abingdon-Avon (7-4-1).
