MAC Art & Gift Market Exchange Nov. 28-30, Looking for Artists
“Silver bells, silver bells.
It’s Christmas time in the city.” Well, not yet. But soon! To prepare for the winter holiday season, the Macomb Arts Center is hosting its Art & Gift Market Exchange from November 28 to 30, coinciding with Black Friday and Small Business Saturday shopping events, to help local artists sell their work as thoughtful holiday gifts for loved ones near and far.
Interested artists and makers can apply now through Wednesday, October 1, to secure a booth at the MAC and showcase their work. Payment is due upon application, with fees of $40 for MAC members and $60 for non-members.
Application notifications will be sent out between October 5-7.
To apply, visit macombartscenter. org, the Center’s Facebook page, or the gallery during its open hours: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Fridays from 4 to 7 p.m., or Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Macomb Arts Center is located at 25 East Side Square.
