'What's for dinner?' That's an age-old question that gets pretty old sometimes. But never fear … the YMCA of McDonough County's annual fundraiser will help answer that question for a whole week next month!
The weeklong fundraiser, Dine-In to Donate, in partnership with several Macomb restaurants, kicks off Sept. 22 at Gelsomo's Pizza. A percentage of the sales on the select days will be directed to the Y's Annual Fund, which provides scholarships for families in need, as well as day camp, after school programs, youth programs and more.
Other Dine-In events include: Sept. 23: Jackson Street Pub Sept. 24: Buffalo Wild Wings Sept. 25: The Old Dairy Sept. 26: Haymakers Sept. 27: Chick's Sept. 28: Sports Corner at 124 'This is a great way to not only have your dinner taken care of, while supporting your local Y, it's a great opportunity to support our local restaurants,' said YMCA CEO Nick Knowles. 'We so appreciate our partners who are dedicated to this annual cause, and to everyone who takes part.'
