The much-anticipated Labor Day Festival kicks off Thursday, August 28, bringing five days of family fun to Colchester in Unforgettable Forgottonia.
K&S Southern Midways will supply carnival rides, games and food, while Bring the Party offers a colorful lineup of bouncy inflatables. The Colchester Lion’s Club sponsors live music, entertainment and a bustling flea market. A rock climbing tower and other attractions round out the festivities. Carnival tickets are available now at UCB Bank during regular hours and at City Hall from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Monday through Friday. Advance tickets sell for 10 tickets at $15; tickets purchased at the carnival cost $2 each.
Thursday, August 28, is Armband Night for the carnival rides, with armbands priced at $15. Admission to the inflatables from August 29 to 31 requires a $10 daily armband. Note that armbands are not sold in advance.
