Grand Prairie invites you to join them for an upcoming Health Fair designed to bring seniors and their families together in one convenient location to learn more about the care process and how to navigate the journey of aging and increased care needs. Representatives from Traditions Hospice, MDH Therapy, The Elms, and Ryan McMillen of McMillen, Hennenfent & Dejoode Law Firm will be present Thursday, August 21 to provide valuable information and answer any questions you may have.
