Herbert Leo Parsano, 87, of Vermont, IL, passed away at 10:08 pm on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 at his home.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A military service was held in the Vermont Cemetery on Friday, July 11, 2025. A celebration of life followed at the Vermont American Legion. Memorials may be made to the Ipava American Legion or the Camp Ellis Museum.
